In this very special episode, Zan is joined by her husband Joe. This compelling story of transformation will touch your heart as God took Zan from not wanting children to being married with three children. You’ll hear how the Tylers very reluctantly began homeschooling in 1984 and discovered a rewarding lifestyle of family closeness with children who thrived–in spite of the harrowing experience of having their application to homeschool denied and Zan being threatened with jail.  LEARN MORE ABOUT THIS EPISODEzantyler.com/podcast/020-our-story-part1PODCAST SPONSORSpecial Thanks to BJU Press Homeschoolbjupresshomeschool.com CONNECT WITH ZANzantyler.com/podcastThe Tylers' Homeschool Story - Part 1 | Episode 020

Tauna Meyer is with me today and you are going to love her and be encouraged in your homeschooling journey as you listen. Tauna homeschools six amazing, messy, loud, beautiful children (her words not mine). We can all relate to that! She has been encouraging moms for years through her Proverbial Homemaker ministry. And as a side note, before motherhood, she was a software systems analyst. Besides homeschooling, Tauna and I have two interesting things in common: Chocolate is a primary food group, and we both entered adulthood with zero homemaking and cooking skills. Tauna Meyer is a self-proclaimed Type B homeschool mom. God has created each of us uniquely, and Tauna is proof positive that being super structured doesn’t work for everyone. In this episode, Tauna gives an overview of the very practical approach of loop scheduling. You’ll be refreshed knowing God cares about the details and will help you build a homeschool routine that works well naturally for your family and is far more sustainable and enjoyable, too! LEARN MORE ABOUT THIS EPISODE & TAUNA MEYERzantyler.com/podcast/015-tauna-meyer PODCAST SPONSORSpecial Thanks to BJU Press Homeschoolbjupresshomeschool.com CONNECT WITH ZANzantyler.com/podcastTauna Meyer | Daily Do’s and Loopty Loos | Episode 015
